Can I exchange something?
We're pretty helpful people, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Plead your exchange case via email to [email protected].
Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests for exchanges must also be sent via email within 48 hours of delivery (we use your tracking number for reference) unless otherwise approved prior to purchase. You may be asked to cover shipping charges and billed via PayPal or a custom website listing.
