I'd like to cancel or change my order.Updated 2 years ago

Once your order has been placed, it can be difficult for us to make adjustments to your order due to the volume of orders we receive and how we process and pack orders. Your best bet is to double check all shipping and billing information prior to hitting submit. We also recommend that you double check the quantities of items in your cart and make sure you enter any discount code or Quirks! Perks reward code you might have.*

In the event that you missed something, please email us right away at [email protected] to let us know what the issue is. Please note, while we try to check messages in a timely manner, we are a team of three who process hundreds of queries, orders, and requests a day. As business hours and volume dictate, we may not be able to process your request for 24-48 hours. 

If you need to cancel an order, please bear with us, and we will do our best to assist you with that before your order might ship. Please notify us via email at [email protected] as soon as you know that you need to cancel. Sometimes, however, our packing and shipping team (it's still us, it just sounds fancy to say it that way), may have an order packed up and ready to go before we get to your email. As long as your items are not Final Sale, you may send it back for an exchange or refund after receiving it (shipping charges are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply).
